The Rhino Spare Wheel Strap is for use on the Pioneer Alloy Range of Platforms & Trays for securing wheels/tyres with a three way tie down system. The unique feature is that two of the straps can be incrementally adjusted so that the stainless steel ring is always positioned in the centre of the wheel, for maximum holding capacity.
The Rhino Ratchet is made from Stainless Steel along with the ring. The "S" hooks are PE plastic coated steel and the webbing is a polyester webbing. Eye Bolt Kit 43117 is not included.
